Dan specializes in medical malpractice and personal injury. He joined the firm in January of 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Dan worked as an assistant district attorney in Wichita, Kansas where he gained invaluable experience in litigating cases. He has tried over thirty cases to a jury and many more to a judge. Dan has established an excellent reputation in the Wichita legal community. Dan is a member of the Wichita Bar Association and the Kansas Trial Lawyers' Association.

Dan and his wife, Christine, have two children. Christine is a physical therapist and works for a local non-profit organization. They reside in Wichita.
